Variations in colour, texture and fat content are normal characteristics of raw feeding and do not constitute product defects. In addition, our chicken, duck and potluck variants intentionally contain finely minced raw bone as part of a balanced raw diet. The bone provides a natural source of calcium and other essential minerals and is an inherent characteristic of these recipes, not a manufacturing defect.
