Shipping Policy
The minimum order value to qualify for a delivery is set at R500. Delivery is charged at a flat rate of R100.
Online orders are only available in the Cape Town region, and are dispatched by Raw Love Online (PTY) LTD. There are also areas serviced by outlets which must be contacted directly to enquire about their delivery options (if any).
Online orders will be processed subject to availability and receipt of proof of payment.
Deliveries are only possible in certain areas in Cape Town and surrounds, and on specific days of the week (excluding weekends & public holidays). See the list of these areas and delivery days below. If your suburb/town does not appear on the list then we are unable to deliver to you currently. Please do not select an area other than the actual delivery address.
Paid orders will be delivered on the first available date when we are in your suburb/town following order placement.
The deadline for placing orders is 13:h00 the day before the delivery is due. For deliveries to the areas we cover on a Monday, this means 13:00 on the preceding Friday.
You accept it is your responsibility to ensure someone is able to receive your order between 09h00 and 16h00 on the delivery date. We are not in a position to make individual delivery arrangements, nor guarantee or specify a delivery time.
If you need to postpone the delivery date due to unforeseen circumstances, we may do so without an additional charge if you let us know before the driver has left the Raw Love premises with your order.
In the event that no-one is at your premises to receive the order, we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee as we have to return to your premises on another day.
You accept that in order for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the goods.
A delivery being delayed is not grounds for a return or refund.
