Copy of Delivery Information

The minimum order value to qualify for a delivery is set at R500 (excl. VAT).

Online orders are only available in the Cape Town region, and are dispatched by Raw Love Holdings (PTY) LTD. Other areas are serviced by outlets who must be contacted directly to enquire about their delivery options (if any).

Online orders will be processed subject to availability and receipt of proof of payment.

Deliveries are only possible in certain areas in Cape Town and surrounds, and on specific days of the week (excluding weekends). See the list of these areas and delivery days below. Please select the correct zone for your suburb/town. If your suburb/town does not appear on the list then we are unable to deliver to you currently. Please do not select an area other than the actual delivery address.

The deadline for placing orders is 13:h00 the day before the delivery is due. For deliveries to the areas we cover on a Monday, this means 13:00 on the preceding Friday.

It is not possible to make individual delivery arrangements, nor guarantee or specify a delivery time. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is able to receive your order  between 09h00 and 16h00 on the delivery date. You accept that in order for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the goods.

A delivery being delayed is not grounds for a return or refund.
